BEADY EYE SHORTLISTED FOR XMF BEST NEW BAND OF 2011

Beady Eye's debut album 'Different Gear, Still Speeding' has been shortlisted for XFM's New Music Award to find the best debut album from a British band in 2011.

'Different Gear, Still Speeding' is one of ten to be shortlisted after a vote by their listeners.

The shortlist will be debated by a group of judges on February 8th at the HMV Ritz in Manchester. The panel includes producer John Leckie, DJ's John Kennedy and Mary Ann Hobbs, plus musicians including Tim Burgess from The Charlatans and Peter Hook from New Order. More info HERE!

'Different Gear, Still Speeding' was released in February through the band's Beady Eye Records label.
